On a Friday night, after the holidays, brings a matchup between St. Frances Academy (SFA) Panthers and the St. Vincent Pallotti Panthers. Both teams have been doing well this mid season, so we expected a pretty good matchup.
1st quarter – Game started off with Pallotti scoring first, taking a 5 point lead before SFA was able to fight back by scoring from all around. Then, the SFA Panthers were able to hold a 19-13 lead.
2nd quarter – SFA went on a 7-0 run to begin the quarter by getting quick steals and traps.But Pallotti would try to keep it a game as they would go on small run keeping it to a 8 point game mid quarter. St. Frances kept control and would lead 37-29 at half.
3rd quarter – Started off with Baltimore Panthers in control, hustling, causing turnovers to scoring by #30 Terrence Jones, and 3-pointers from # Carter Fisk. SFA would hold a 12 point lead mid quarter. Unfortunately for Pallotti, they stayed down 54-42.
4th quarter – Started off with the SFA Panthers going again on a quick run. They played at a fast pace, moving the ball up the court forcing Pallotti to call some timeouts. The St. Frances Panthers would finish out the game dominating, 73-52.
