🆚 South River vs Broadneck

After an amazing win last year at LAX states, I found it also interesting that the weather was rainy too visiting the girls 4A champs on their home field at Broadneck High School.. Only difference it was not super cold at Stevenson. The South River Seahawks had MFV interested in seeing as well. This was a perfect atmosphere set to get a great competitive game. Two well coach teams from Anne Arundel County about to battle it out.

1ST HALF – Started out with Broadneck losing the face off to the ladies of South River who tried establishing the lead. However, Broadneck was able to hold them off defensively, and a few moments later scored on South River. This led to their control of the first half, going in with a 7-2 lead.

2ND HALF – Definitely this was the come back half for the Seahawks. They added more goals pushing hard to get points. The Lady Bruins continued to spread their lead and won the game, 14-9. This is not to say South River did not put up a fight. For they fought well. And Broadneck continued looking like the Bruins of the past, playing with excellence under their new head coach.

Congratulations on the victory Lady Bruins, and Seahawks, keep grinding and shining. Love y’all both!!!!
