Coming down to Annapolis, I love to see the afternoon scenery and  beautiful views. I also love the anticipation of a good game of lacrosse. When it’s at Broadneck HS, it’s special because their organization always puts on a fantastic performance. I assumed tonight would be no different. The opponent they are facing is not just a county opponent, but a familiar foe. A team that the Bruins have had battles with over the years (which in the past few years Broadneck has defeated: the Arundel Wildcats. And the Wildcats want to get their first victory against an Anne Arundel County High School. Broadneck is looking to continue their win streak after taking a tough loss to the Severna Park.  Will Broadneck Bruins come in on a mission to win and destroy? Or will Arundel spoil the plan? The atmosphere is set for some good ole Anne Arundel LAX. Let’s gooooooo!!!!!

THE GAME – There is really not much to explain, this match up was clearly dominated by the Broadneck Bruins. They drew first blood, and continued scoring throughout the entire game. Arundel did add goal by the long pole, who ran down and made a nice shot. Arundel did fight, and it was encouraging hearing their team support one another around the field despite the score. The Bruins came out victorious, winning 19-1. I strongly believe they would tell you though, their work is not finished. BIG SHOUTS TO THE BRUINS AND THE WILDCATS. KEEP GRINDING and STRIVING FOR GREATNESS.
